Rollapaluza 8 (London’s Calling)

29.07.07 Waterloo Action Centre, London. by Buffalo Bill of Moving Target.

Rollapaluza records tumbled as the cream of the worlds bicycle messengers gathered in a crowded south London venue. The event was the London’s Calling Roller race, staged by the Rollapaluza crew and it was part of the pre-event weekend of the XV Cycle Messenger World Championships. Over 40 competitors indulged in the 20 seconds of static bicycle torture that is Rollapaluza. Read more »

Tour de France 07, Hyde Park London

Wow! what a weekend. Over 300 people tried the Rollpaluza rollers on Saturday and Sunday.  We were one of the attractions of the Tour de France “Peoples Village” in Hyde Park. Crowds of people jostled to watch the roller-racing action and people from all over the world (in London to see the tour) tried the rig.  Read more »

Rapha Prologue BBQ roller-race

After the excitement of the Tour de France prologue a huge peloton of riders set off from central London on their own “mountain stage” over the lumps and bumps of North London…..the finish line was at the Pub on the Park in Hackney where a delicios BBQ, a few pints and some leg-loosening roller-racing awaited.
