London’s Calling 08, Photos and Results.
What a wicked event organised by London’s couriers to raise money for the LCEF, a fund set up to help members of their community injured at work. Rollapaluza were proud to be a part of it, plus it was a fantastic night with some great racing.
Results and our Photos Below
The proof that Roller-Racing really is back as a sport in it’s own right is the fact that there is now a dedicated band of men and women racing at all our London events and all getting better each time…it’s getting really competitive with average speeds much faster than they were just a few years ago…..names like Janky, Kasper, Hillbilly, Essex Dave, Tom Pande, Illy, Agata and Nhatt, all regular racers, all close to each other and all getting faster. Not forgetting of course Manchester champion “the famous” Jason Cattermole, perennial competitior Laura (BFF) Fletcher and the first-timers…. Rollapaluza wouldn’t be the same without the hordes of newcomers we have at every event and it’s always great to see them do well, tonight was no exception with bar-server Anna jumping over the bar to take part and eventually finishing in second….she’d never heard of Rollapaluza before tonight….well done!

I am so loving that everyone is now calling him “the famous” brilliant.
