Back when Winston used to race, the Sprint Scene at Herne Hill was pretty strong with the Late Rob Jefferies, Greg Tipper, Alex Sims and Steve Aslin all regulars. After taking a break from racing for a few years Steve turned up at one of our Rollapaluza league events as a social visit, of course he competed though and that night in a pub set him on the road to his Sprint comeback and he joined Rollapaluza CC!…..and his return has been successful with a silver medal in the Master’s Track champs Sprint competition…well done Big Steve.
